Heidi believes high quality childcare is realised when a collaborative approach is taken. She has seen the negative impact on staff and services where mentoring, support, and opportunities for educators to build on their skills is lacking.
Through quality mentoring and foundational leadership Heidi knows that staff retention and all-round wellbeing increases. As educators happiness goes up, so does their desire and ability to provide exceeding care and education.
We all work our best when we all work together for the same purpose of raising aware children who are striving to be the best version of themselves.
Heidi has been working in the early childhood sector for more than 20 years, 11 in management. She’s a mum of 1 and when she’s not raising early education services’ standards, she can be found reading a book, sitting on a beach or even just enjoying a coffee.
